Bylaws section IV. SANCTIONS, PROTEST AND CLAIMS, point 3. APPEALS is shown below along with a link the the bylaws for review. Any player or team wishing to appeal a sanction needs to follow this process.

3. Appeals.If a Club wishes to appeal a sanction decision, it may do so within 30 days of the publication of the decision. Appeals are filed with the Executive Board. The fee for such appeals shall in all cases be $50.00, which will be refunded if the Executive Board finds in favor of the appealing club.

2.1 All documentation and fees of the appeal must be provided 4 days prior to the hearing date.

2.2 The appeal will be reviewed and approved by the Executive Board and/or Discipline Vice-President. A hearing to review the case will be scheduled.

2.3 Non-Appearance: If a party, which has been invited to a hearing or meeting appeal, does not appear, the case shall be heard and disposed of, regardless.
